Can guests be invited to the bridal shower or bachelorette if they are not invited to the wedding?

You should invite the guests you invited to your bridal shower to your wedding because you can't expect someone to come to your shower and give you a present if you're not planning to invite them to the wedding. It would seem like they were good enough to give you a shower gift but not good enough to celebrate with you on the big day.

No, only invite those who you plan on coming to the wedding as well, unless it's a small destination wedding, where most of your local friends won't be able to attend.

Absolutely not. It will only make those that are not also invited to thewedding feel excluded.
