Of course not! It is your wedding, and you are getting MARRIED. You are dedicating your life to another man/woman. If you are inviting your ex, it just shows that you are mature enough to see them as a friend and not a nuisance.

Its only awkward if you think its awkward. Otherwise, your ex should blend in well with your other friends. However, don't forget to talk to your spouse-to-be about this choice! It WILL be odd if you purposely didn't tell your spouse about a specific person.

You can invite whoever you want to your wedding. Just make sure it is OK with your new husband! You would not want to make him feel uncomfortable.
