Any ideas on crowd pleasers? I'm having over 200 guests in my wedding, and I'm not sure what exactly to do for the catering/:

People love the style of passed and stationary appetizers. Start there and work your way through your special day.

10am-Noon: Light Appetizers Noon-2pm: Medium Lunch Mid-day (3-4pm: Medium appetizers 5-7pm: Full Dinner This is proper etiquette.

For a wedding this size, I think the key is to not let people ever get hungry aka grouchy. Appetizers are the answer and butlered appetizers are good. They circulate through the crowd and are a bitesize - no muss, no fuss with people trying to figure out where to put their small plates while eating and after. Soup shooters are nice, little chicken and waffle cones - things that are not too awkward to eat. The last thing you want is for people to get annoyed and starving while waiting for the main courses.

Nothing beats the sight of well organized catering as to please your crowd or guest. Caterers now uses edible decorations for a wedding event. A good catering is a must for a successful wedding. Do not hesitate to taste and try food combination and menu for the event. consider also the season. food and motif of the event should match. a hearty and festive meal is a must.
