I keep seeing all of these wedding/bridal showcases advertised, but I don't know if they're worth going to. I mean, aren't all the vendors just trying to up sale brides on their packages?

I think it is a good idea to go. You don't have to buy anything if you don't want to. This way you can get great ideas, talk directly to vendors without having to make appointments or feel like to have to purchase what they offer. You may find something that is unique for your wedding/reception. What do you have to loose?

Bridal shows give you great ideas. You are under no obligation to purchase anything. However, there might be an entrance fee for you to get in. You will be able to view photographs from various vendors and see the kind of works you might like to have at your wedding. http://www.charlestonweddingphotographers.com/ http://pinterest.com/charlestonphoto/boards/
