Set a fitness goal. Apply to a fitness program and ask the trainer what plan would be the best for you.

But if you want a simple workout, maybe try walking or biking for 20 minutes every other day. You can gradually add to it as you go along. Always start each workout session with a warm-up and end with a cooldown period. Stretch slowly and don’t forget to breathe.

Not to mention that diet plans like eating no more than 2,000 calories per day is advisable along with the exercise. And instead of regular potato chips, try buying low fat or baked chips, which do taste good.
